Once I receive your form, I'll review your information and get back with you within 24-48 hours. From there, I’ll follow up with any questions I may have as well as a link where you can submit payment. I'll also let you know when you can expect your painting to be completed.
Images that are high quality are best as they allow me to see as much detail as possible. The more detail your photo shows, the more detail your painting will have.
It’s best to submit a photo taken at the angle that you would like to have your portrait painted. I only know what I see in your photo, so, for example, if you’d like your pet or house painted straight-on, working with a photo from that angle will be most helpful.
If you’re having trouble deciding which photo you’d like to use for your portrait, feel free to submit several and I’ll be happy to help you choose.
If there is anything you would like omitted from or added to your house portrait, please let me know when filling out the inquiry form.
Examples of omissions/additions I've received are as follows: remove the garage, make bushes smaller in front of the home, remove all landscaping, add fall leaves to trees in front of home, etc.

The pet/figure portrait pricing listed is for one pet/figure. Prices vary for multiple pets/figures included in one portrait, so if you'd like multiples, just let me know when filling out the form and I'll provide you with a quote.
Please keep in mind that I only paint figures from the side or back (facial features will not be shown in detail). Please visit the gallery page for examples or email me at email@example.com if you have any questions about the figure(s) you'd like to have painted.

Once you've submitted your inquiry form, I'll reach out with a link where you can submit your payment. Submitting payment secures your spot on my calendar.
I accept credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
Photos of your painting will be sent via email once your portrait is complete. I want you to love your portrait, so if there are any changes you would like to make, I'm happy to do so before shipment. Changes may incur an additional charge.
*Due to the nature of watercolor painting, certain adjustments may not be possible once a painting is complete.
Paintings typically take up to a week to finish. However, I’m usually booked out 1-2 months in advance. If you’d like to commission a painting, I highly suggest filling out the inquiry form so we can get the process started.
If you are needing your painting by a certain date, please let me know when filling out the inquiry form and I’ll let you know if I am able to accommodate your timeline. Rush fees may apply.
I ship paintings via USPS Priority Mail. Paintings are placed in a clear cellophane sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backer then bubble wrapped and placed in a cardboard box for safe shipping.

Processing times vary per product.
Commissions can take up 6 weeks to complete after all of the necessary details are received for the painting (photos, pet name, etc.). If you are needing your painting completed by a certain date, please let me know upon ordering. Rush orders may incur a charge.
Art prints and original artwork ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Commissions and original artwork ship via USPS Priority Mail, so they usually arrive within 1-2 business days.
Fine art prints typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping for standard shipping.

Customers may experience package delays from USPS especially during the holiday season.
Please report any damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com and I'll be happy to take care of your issue.
