I teach painting classes at The Studio at Bowood Farms in St. Louis and I'd love to have you join! You can find my class schedule here.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! I love to paint something special for you. For more information, please visit my commission page where you can learn more and get the process started.
How will my order be shipped?
All originals and commissions are placed in a cellophane sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backer then bubble wrapped and placed in a cardboard box for safe shipping. I ship via USPS unless otherwise noted or requested.
All art prints ship flat. Prints over 11x14 in size are carefully rolled and shipped in a mailing tube.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Commissions and original artwork ship via USPS and usually arrive within 2-4 days after shipping.
Fine art prints typically arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
Once a package is in the hands of USPS, I am not responsible for any delays. For more information, please visit Terms & Conditions.
Customers may experience package delays from USPS especially during the holiday season.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please report any damaged items to hello@kristinlmurphy.com within 7 days of delivery.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kristinlmurphy.com and I'll be happy to take care of your issue.
Commissions are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my item?
I don't offer exchanges at this time.
