SHIPPING

All orders ship from St. Louis, Missouri via USPS. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Purchases will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking information via the email provided at checkout. Please make sure all of your information is correct before submitting your order.

Free shipping is granted on orders over $50 shipping to the Continental U.S.  Shipping rates for orders under $50 will be calculated based on the destination address.

Shipping times vary, but packages typically arrive within 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail and 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail. Due to COVID-19, customers may experience package delays from USPS.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing times vary per product. Custom products can take up to 4 weeks to ship. Other products ship within 1-2 business days. Please see individual product listings for processing times.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final unless damaged, defective, or wrong items shipped. Return or Exchange claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please submit claims to kristin@kristinlmurphy.com

Exchanges are not offered at this time.
